Refund and Cancellations 

Refund Policy:

  1. Product Refunds: a. Chai Fast aims to provide high-quality products. If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased on our website, you may request a refund within 5 days from the date of purchase.

    b. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at connect@chaifast.com, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.

    c. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

  2. Service Refunds: a. For services booked through our website, you may request a refund within 5 days from the scheduled service date.

  3. b. To initiate a refund for services, please contact our support team at connect@chaifast.com, including your booking details and the reason for the refund request.

    c. Refunds for services will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Product Cancellations: a. You may cancel a product order within 24 hours of placing the order.

    b. To cancel a product order, please contact our support team at (connect@chaifast.com), providing your order number and reason for cancellation.

    c. If the cancellation request is received within the stipulated time frame, a full refund will be processed within 5 days.

  2. Service Cancellations: a. For service cancellations, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.

    b. To cancel a service, contact our support team at (connect@chaifast.com), mentioning your booking details and the reason for cancellation.

    c. If the cancellation is made within the specified time frame, a full refund will be processed within 5 days.

 

General Terms:

  1. Refund and cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by Chai Fast.

  2. Chai Fast reserves the right to refuse refunds or cancellations for products or services that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

  3. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, Chai Fast will provide a full refund for the purchase amount.

  4. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the transaction.
